During my Ph.D., I developed a cell-interface-deciphering lipid nanotablet that probes cancer cell membrane features through logic-gated assemblies of DNA-modified plasmonic nanoparticles on supported lipid bilayers, establishing a programmable platform for multi-protein sensing at biointerfaces. Building on this foundation of nanobiochemistry, my current work at KIST focuses on synthesizing tissue-mimetic liposomes for efficient gene and drug delivery. My research vision centers on the power of designer nanostructures for sensing, diagnostics, and therapeutic systems.
